Recently I have really been getting into sushi, the nicest thing about it is that it tastes fresh, looks nice and the seaweed is lovely. Now when people think of eating seaweed I can bet most go YUK! But its even a dish here in the UK with the Welsh eating Lava bread, although like Black pudding and jellied eels its a acquired taste.
