Esperanto

Learn a new language!Its really important with Esperanto to know that J is pronounced Y. Then it stats to make sense!

You'll also need to know that Esperanto 'c' is [ts],
'ĉ' is 'ch' as in CHurch
'ĝ' is 'ge' as in GEorGE, or J as in Jam
'ĥ' as in Scots 'loCH'
'ĵ' as in French 'plaGE'
'ŝ' as 'sh' in 'SHine'
and 'ŭ' as 'w' in 'Went'.
and that the stressed syllable is ALWAYS the next-to-last. The principle is: one letter, one sound.
